The choir Popkorn asked me to create a 30-second showreel for Instagram Reels.
It was a lot of fun working with them. With help from a sound technician, we made sure everything sounded great and matched the visuals.
Being there to witness Staatsraad Lehmkuhl returning home was truly special. The beautiful shanty songs filling the air created such a wonderful atmosphere.
It instantly took me back to when I sailed with Statsraaden to Shetland during my time at folk high school. I still remember singing shanties onboard and participating in the shanty festival – a memory I will always treasure.
